How the enquiry form works

The form helps you prepare a non-confidential message. Your entries are validated and assembled in this page. They are not posted to a website email service or saved in a website enquiry database.

The details you choose to include

The forms request your name, email, enquiry category, subject and message. A company name is required for supplier introductions; telephone details are optional. Career enquiries are general introductions, not a document-upload application process.

Review before leaving the website

Before continuing, you see the exact message that will be used. The website then provides a WhatsApp link containing that text. Only follow it if you are comfortable sharing those details with WhatsApp and the intended recipient.

The enquiry link is addressed to AGANO at +263 78 094 8702. Opening the link does not send a message automatically. Check the conversation, review or edit the text and press Send in WhatsApp.

Storage and third parties

This website does not intentionally save enquiry content in localStorage, sessionStorage, a database or analytics events. Your browser may retain form or navigation information, and WhatsApp handles the prepared text and conversation under its own services, settings and policies. Hosting providers may maintain normal operational access logs.

Keep the message non confidential

Do not include passwords, identification records, banking information, medical details, sensitive coordinates, confidential technical documents or information about another person that should not be shared. No file uploads are provided.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not load advertising trackers, optional analytics or automatic third-party maps. The private hosting access layer may use essential authentication technologies. If additional tracking services are introduced, this notice should reflect their actual behaviour.

Google Maps and location searches

Location cards link to a Google Maps search using the displayed site name or public office address. These searches do not establish a verified site entrance. No Google map, map image or Google connection is loaded automatically by this website.

Where a verified map is configured, a Load Google Map button lets you choose to display it. That action connects your browser to Google, which receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or other technologies under its own policies. The embedded frame may send this website’s origin as a referrer for Google key restrictions; it does not send your enquiry fields. Opening a search or directions link also takes you to Google.

Remove map removes the embedded frame and stops its ongoing display. It does not erase information already received by Google or Google’s cookies. This website does not remember map activation, ask for device location or pass enquiry messages to Maps. Read Google’s privacy policy for its handling of information.
