Lead with the purpose
A first enquiry is most helpful when the reader can quickly understand why you are making contact. Are you introducing a resource opportunity, asking about a potential relationship, offering a service or seeking information? A clear purpose makes it easier to frame the discussion.
Provide context rather than volume
A short description of the business, project or capability is often more useful than a large collection of documents. Relevant context may include the general location, stage of work, the offering and the type of engagement you are seeking. Avoid unsupported claims or conclusions that require evidence not yet shared.
Keep confidential information out of the first message
An initial enquiry is not the right place for identity documents, bank records, passwords, restricted technical information or sensitive site coordinates. Establish the purpose of the relationship and an appropriate secure channel before sharing such material.
Understand what an introduction means
A conversation is a starting point. It does not automatically establish a contract, confirm a vacancy, qualify a supplier or constitute a formal tender submission. Those processes have their own requirements and documentation.
Use the enquiry form with confidence
The AGANO website helps you organise a non-confidential message and review its contents. You then continue to WhatsApp, select the intended conversation and decide whether to send. The website does not send automatically or treat opening WhatsApp as proof of delivery.
